A little about NOAH :
NOAH is a boutique creative agency based in London Bridge. Founded in 2009 we punch above our weight, creating domestic and global integrated campaigns for a broad range of clients – ranging from automotive to FMCG, alcohol to power tools, financial services to e-commerce.
In a typical week, we’ll work on a global advertising campaign, social content, re-brands, packaging, POS and a live product launch.
Our clients include Allianz, Nextcare, Suzuki, Rakuten, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Scania and Mountfield lawnmowers.
Our team is made up of talented individuals who have cut-their-teeth at major agencies on global brands but are now excited by the challenge of working in a more agile agency environment where every person has a voice and can make a difference.
We have a hybrid approach to working and are currently doing four days in the office and one day at home.
What we are looking for :
We’re looking for a sparky, 360-degree Senior Account Manager who is keen to take the lead on some of our B2B clients as well as other projects. And when we say B2B we don’t mean ‘Boring2Boring’. The types of briefs can be anything from a global rebrand to company events to an office re-design. You will be given lots of responsibility and room to grow. Experience in this area is not a mandatory but the right attitude, willingness to get stuck in and using your initiative is.
Key Responsibilities :
- Have an in-depth understanding of clients’ business and be able to articulate their strategy.
- Support the planning process with research findings and insights.
- Write creative briefs, brief creatives, critique work and debrief.
- Present work to client and gather aligned client feedback.
- Prepare budgets, timing plans and schedule work for traffic. Ensure that the project runs to time and to budget.
- Maximise revenue with client and identify commercial opportunities.
- Social media literate
- Co-ordinate and attend shoots.
- Work with appointed suppliers such as printers, illustrators, photographers, model agencies, media agencies, and production houses to find innovative solutions to production needs.
What makes you special :
- You want to work in a boutique agency, which means you’re not a prima donna.
- You don’t need people looking over your shoulder – you trust in your own judgment, and this allows others to relax and let you get on with the job.
- You are full of energy and drive and love to help shape new things.
- You have a creative sensibility. You understand why some ideas are brilliant and others are not so good.
- You push for excellence, even when clients aren’t asking for or expecting it.
- You are super organised and your attention to detail is second to none.
- You are confident and interesting, and you also present well.
- You don’t sit back, you get stuck in.
- You build client relationships easily and our clients like having you around.
- You are also conscious that NOAH is a business, so thinking of ways that clients can spend more money with us is a definite bonus.
- You see NOAH as a genuine opportunity rather than a stepping-stone.
More about NOAH…
NOAH has been set up as an EOT, Employee Ownership Trust.
What is an EOT and where are we in the process?
NOAH set up an EOT in July 2020.
Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) is a cost-effective way of ensuring a business owned by exiting shareholders remains with employees. The business profits are used to pay the shareholders for their shares. The result is employees end up owning the business, for free.
In 2020 HMRC valued the business at £6.9m. Already the EOT has settled £3m. The aim is for the business to be completely employee owned by December 2026. What’s more, as the business continues to grow over the coming years, the value will exceed the HMRC valuation of £6.9m.
The aim is that every year NOAH pays a bonus to staff which is tax free. The bonus is driven by a few key variables which ensures that everyone is treated fairly. The long-term goal and benefit is that there will be a share of profits once the shareholders have exited.
