A little about NOAH :
NOAH is a boutique creative agency based in London Bridge. Founded in 2009 we punch above our weight, creating domestic and global integrated campaigns for a broad range of clients – ranging from automotive to FMCG, alcohol to power tools, financial services to e-commerce.Â
In a typical week, we’ll work on a global advertising campaign, social content, re-brands, packaging, POS and a live product launch.
Our clients include Suzuki, Allianz, Kirin Beer, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Rakuten, Scania and Mountfield lawnmowers.
Our team is made up of talented individuals who have cut-their-teeth at major agencies on global brands but are now excited by the challenge of working in a more agile agency environment where every person has a voice and can make a difference.
We have a hybrid approach to working and are currently doing four days in the office and one day at home.
What we are looking for :
We are looking for an ambitious ‘thinker and doer’ to join our friendly team.
Someone who can unlock the creative potential of any brief with insightful concepts – as well as the ability to visualise and develop their ideas, bringing them to life to a high standard.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who has excellent conceptual and art directional skills and can combine that with a very good understanding of design and typography.
You’ll be a whizz on InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and have a portfolio that showcases a variety of work across multiple channels.
You’re happy getting down and cracking a brief on your own, but we’re a small team with a culture of friendly collaboration – so you’ll be a team player too.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

- You need to have a background in integrated communications and to think visually.
- You are a social media native and know what stops thumbs scrolling
- You need to love the things you create but not be precious. Your work needs to sell products not hang in galleries (though doing both is a bonus)
- You need to leave your ego at the door – it’s a small company and we’ll all be seeing a lot of each other.
- You’re a human being who understands why mums buy fish fingers and why people go to Magalouf on holiday.
- You are an original thinker, rather than a copycat wannabe.
- You have a scrapbook in your brain that you can’t wait to use in an advertising campaign that will change the world.
- You say yes, a lot and you like hearing people say yes to you.
- You are a free spirit, but we can rely on you.
